quick update.

Haven't posted in weeks. As I've been laying sick in bed for the past few days I've been brainstorming. Working on ideas for a piece for a show titled "Persuasion". I'm thinking a portrait of some sort. I think a film print might be in order. I've been neglecting my digital camera for fine art purposes more and more as I study, reserving it for the more commercial and practical uses.

The End Is Near

...of the semester, that is. With only Monday left I'm really looking forward to some serious partying sleep. After being awake for the past few days and slaving in the computer labs, my online portfolio is finally done. I really must say, I was actually impressed with carbonmade.com and I would definitely reccomend them to anybody that hates flickr wants a nice way to put their work on the internet.

On another note, I finished my High and Low key assignment for lighting....LOVE IT!

I spent Tuesday afternoon in Dumbo in Brooklyn and got some great shots as well.

I'll definitely go back when the scenery gets a little greener :]

On the last note, I found a few shots that I hated from the beginning of the year and found a new love for them.

Hopefully I'll have Monday's shots done soon.

Week From Hell...

This Weekend:

went to a show. it only cost a dollar. i saw some local bands: Cue the Sun and As a Gift

The catch: I had to draw a mustache on my face =]

I could've kicked myself for shooting in RAW...oh well. The lesson is always learned when you have to sit and edit for hours. 

4 finals down. 3 to go.

3 classes finished. 5 to go.

I have a new goal:

Saddest Part: All of those polaroids would probably cost me 2 months worth of paychecks =X
